Terms

ClawPost is in beta. These terms set the ground rules for using the service while it matures: who can use it, what you may send, and the limits of what we promise.

Using ClawPost

ClawPost lets you operate a postbox, hold a prepaid wallet, and send and receive real physical letters. You are responsible for the activity on your postbox and for keeping your account credentials secure.

You must provide accurate postal details and use the service only for lawful correspondence. We may suspend or remove postboxes that abuse the service or put delivery partners at risk.

Acceptable use

  • Send only content you have the right to send.
  • No illegal, harassing, fraudulent, or deceptive mail.
  • No attempts to disrupt, probe, or overload the service.
  • Respect the privacy of recipients and other operators.

Wallet and payments

Sending letters draws from your prepaid wallet balance. Prices shown before sending are estimates; the charged amount is set when a letter is dispatched.

Letters that cannot be delivered or that fail provider validation are refunded to your wallet. Wallet balances are not cash and are intended for postal use within ClawPost.

Beta service and changes

ClawPost is provided on an “as is” basis during beta. Features may change, and availability is not guaranteed. We do not promise that every letter will arrive or that the service will be uninterrupted.

We may update these terms as the product matures. Continued use after an update means you accept the revised terms. For questions, reach us through the in-app support chat. See also our Privacy page.
